Do you have a physical store?


ATELIERDOLZI is an online platform only. We do not have any physical store or point of sales other than our website.




Do I have to have a business to be featured on your social media platforms?


We feature everyone regardless of you having a business or not. Your voice matters and we would like to provide you with a platform where you can make a difference. Just drop us an e-mail at info@atelierdolzi.com and we'll get back to you !




What is ATELIERDOLZI ?


ATELIERDOLZI is a non-seasonal brand that produces limited quantities colllections of Blazers/Coats with no restock for all. Our collections are unique and bold. But not only. We are also a platform that collaborates, supports and empowers others. We offer brand collaborations, business promotions and online business consulting services on our platforms. We design. We collaborate. We empower.





YOUR ORDERS

How do I know my order has been placed?


Once you've placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. This e-mail will contain your order number and all related details to your order. This may take up to 30 minutes to arrive to your inbox ! Once your order has been processed, you will receive another e-mail to let you know that your order is on the way.




Can I modify or delete an order?


Unfortunately our website does not currently allow you to change or cancel anything yourself – kindly send us an email at info@atelierdolzi.com within 24 hours from your purchase specifying your order number, and we will do our best to help you.




Why do we only do with pre-ordering?


The main reason behind this is because we are a slow fashion brand that supports local craftsmanship. Ethical Fashion Luxury is something that we stand by and that is very important to us. Also, we want consumers to understand the quality, time and work that has been put into our garments. Every brand has a story to tell and this is ours. By offering pre-ordering you can also make sure to reserve your unique ATELIERDOLZI piece.




How does pre-ordering work ?


Pre-ordering means placing an order for an item that has not been released yet. It takes about one to two weeks (depending on number of orders) to produce a Blazer. Once you place the order with us through our website, we then only start to work on your order.




When will my pre-order ship ?


You will find the date in your confirmation e-mail.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept Knet, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. You can pay via Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.




Is it safe to place an order online?


Our payment processors are SSL Certified. SSL secures your personal data, during online transactions and when transmitting confidential information.





SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do I have to pay custom fees for my order?


(Customs fees are applied at the discretion of the carrier and according to the country's local laws) For internstional orders, all customs fees must be paid by the customer and will not be covered by ATELIERDOLZI Company. For more information, we kindly invite you to get in touch with your local customs office.




Can I track my order?


You can track the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on FEDEX's official website. If you did not receive your tracking number by e-mail, kindly contact us at info@atelierdolzi.com Attention: tracking is only available once the order has been dispatched and not once the order has been placed.




What is your shipping policy?


(For information week-end days are Friday-Saturday: Week days are from Sunday to Thursday based on the State of Kuwait) Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday at the following times: 9.00 am-18.00 pm. Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Sunday morning. Any orders made during a public holiday will be processed from the following working day. We do not ship on weekends or during bank holidays, and we do not offer Friday delivery yet. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For orders in Kuwait, we offer Free delivery on all orders. Delivery can take up to 2 days once order is ready. For International orders to the GCC and Middle-East (UAE-OMAN-BAHREIN-QATAR-KSA-LEBANON-JORDAN), we offer two options: 1) 15 USD Express shipping (3 - 5 days) with luxury packaging option.* For International orders to Europe, the USA and Mexico, we offer two options: 1) 20 USD Express shipping (3 - 5 days) with luxury packaging option.* For International orders to Japan, China and Australia we offer two options: 1) 25 USD Express shipping (3 - 5 days) with luxury packaging option.* For International orders to the Rest of the World, we offer two options: 1) 25 KWD Express shipping (3 - 5 days) with luxury packaging option.* *luxury packaging option includes your order being packed in our signature luxury handmade box Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
At the time of delivery, the customer will receive an email with the order's tracking number where you will be able to track your order. When the order arrives, the customer is requested to carefully control the package before signing any proof delivery.
If, for any reason, the package seems to be tampered with or if the duct tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.
In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, the customer is requested to immediately notify the local carrier’s office and to contact us at the following email address info@atelierdolzi.com. Defects: If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact within 24h our Customer Service info@atelierdolzi.com Don’t forget to attach photos of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem more efficiently.




How long does it take process a return ?


Once we receive your returned parcel at our warehouse, it will take up to 3 days to control your item. After that, the refund will be issued within 10 working days upon reception of the return and if all conditions mentioned are met.

Once your refund has been issued, it might take up to 10 business days The length of this process varies depending on the chosen refund method.

Will your products be restocked?


ATELIERDOLZI produces limited quantities collections with no restock. Every piece that you purchase from us is a unique high quality garment. You will not find the same collection twice. We continuously drop new, unique collections as soon as the previous one is out of stock. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first informed about our new drops. Pieces go by very quickly !




How do I pick my size?


In our e-shop section, you will find all information regarding sizing. We usually post a photo of the model with her personal details so you can also have a visual idea of how our product fits. We produce sizes 36, 38, 40, 42 FR. The Blazers fit true to size For the summer collection, we produce one size fits all garments.
